Noble Juices are the first juices ever to be packaged in a bottle made entirely from plants.
Most plastics bottles are made from petroleum or natural gas. Those materials are cheap and readily available. Just like wasting electricity and gas, though, overusing these plastic bottles can be costly. It increases oil dependency, causes more pollution, emits more greenhouse gases, and decreases our energy efficiency.
We decided to make a difference.
Noble was the first company to package juice in an eco-friendly bottle and sleeve made entirely from plants. Since plants are an all-natural renewable resource, we are saving energy and oil. Manufacturing environmentally friendly Noble Juice bottles and labels generates 75% fewer greenhouse gases and requires 46% less energy than traditional plastics.
The bottle can be recycled and turned back into more bottles, but that’s not all. Noble’s green bottles will naturally decompose. In an active compost pile, a Noble bottle will break down within 100 days. That is because the sustainable packaging completely disintegrates into water, carbon dioxide, and soil nutrients, which is something traditional plastic bottles can’t do.
In fact, the bottles are so unusual that they won the Produce Marketing Association’s coveted Impact Award for Environment and Sustainability Excellence in Packaging in 2008.
